SSF 4-Hour Firearm Safety Course

Already Have Your Hunter Education Card? Complete Your Colorado Firearm Safety Training in Just 4 Hours.

The SSF 4-Hour Firearm Safety Course is designed for individuals who already possess a valid Hunter Education (Hunter Safety) card and are eligible to complete the abbreviated firearm safety training under Colorado law.

Important: A valid Hunter Education card is required to enroll in this 4-hour course. If you do not have a Hunter Education card, you must complete the 12-hour SSF Firearm Safety Course instead.

During this instructor-led class, you'll build the knowledge and confidence needed to safely own and handle firearms while meeting Colorado's firearm safety training requirements.
